Habitat for Humanity's local Verde Valley branch's purpose is "to build homes in partnership with God, community and qualified low-income families in the Verde Valley." We're happy to announce that we've been able to support them in that critical mission by securing a refinance of their Cottonwood, AZ office, and a related supplemental loan to build a new structure on the property.
