StackSource recently arranged financing for the acquisition of vacant land located in Northport, Alabama. Director Mark Parada arranged the financing with a 14% interest rate and 12-month interest reserve including a 12-month term. This initial financing for the land acquisition sets the foundation for future phases of the project, which will encompass the development of a beach club, a 150-key hotel, 250 multifamily units, 53,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 64 single-family rentals, an event center and a concert venue.
