StackSource arranged the recapitalization of a scenic farmhouse wedding venue in Montgomery, Texas, about 50 miles North of Houston. The sponsor has operated the property as a wedding site since 2016, and has been named a top wedding venue by The Knot multiple times in that span.

The property was recapitalized with an SBA loan of more than 90% Loan to Cost and a 4.75% fixed rate. SBA loan fees were waived per the recent CARES Act enacted aiming to enable small business capital expenditures.
