StackSource recently arranged financing for the new development of a 97-unit single-family rental, build-to-rent, community located in Duson, Louisiana. Each unit will be approximately 1200 SF. This new community will meet the high demands within the Lafayette Metropolitan Service area for quality and affordable BTR housing. Capital Advisor Freddy Johnson secured the deal for the experienced borrowers with a spread over SOFR, 75% LTC, and was able to include and capitalize many of the soft costs including a rate cap and interest reserves in the budget.
