StackSource recently arranged a $4.7 million equity loan for a client to acquire two multifamily properties near Texas A&M while assuming a fixed rate agency loan. The equity loan allowed the sponsor to unlock the equity in their existing portfolio to enable the acquisition of the additional properties without substantial GP investment. Senior Managing Director Beth Mercante and Senior Director Zach Wagner arranged the equity loan for the experienced sponsor.
