StackSource recently closed an acquisition loan for a 6,800 square foot, 6-unit retail property located in Howell, MI.  The property was built in 1980 and 5 of the 6 units are currently occupied with local businesses (salon, massage, yoga, photography and insurance).  Capital Advisor Chris Peters secured financing from a credit union lender that provided a 10-year term and 20-year amortization, with the rate fixed at 3.85% for the first 7 years.
