StackSource recently arranged a 30-year fixed rate portfolio refinancing for a single family rental portfolio in the town of Redford Charter Township, approximately 14 miles NW of downtown Detroit, MI. The borrower is an out of market Denver based real estate investor that acquired the properties between 2015-2019 and was able to cash out at 75% LTV.  The investor was also able to consolidate the individual mortgages with one lender.
