StackSource arranged a $26,500,000 non-recourse loan for the borrowers to acquire two brand new single tenant office buildings comprised of 130,000 sq ft of space in Eagle, Idaho.  The property is 100% leased to Intuit for 9 years with extension options.  After running a highly competitive process through the StackSource platform with multiple competing lenders, the borrower chose A10 Capital which provided the most competitive quote with the highest certainty of close for the tight acquisition timeframe.  From lender selection to closing, the whole process took 40 days.  A10 Capital provided an 11-year interest only term with springing structure for a complex ownership structure with multiple TIC interests that combined a 1031 exchange, a reverse 1031 exchange, and a brand new entity.
