StackSource recently arranged acquisition financing for a 19 unit apartment complex located in Gary, IN for an out of state investor group located in California and Hawaii. This is the second property StackSource has assisted with this investor group, with both properties being located in Northwest Indiana.  Capital Advisor Chris Peters arranged financing with a regional bank lender that provided an 80% LTV, 5-year rate fixed at 3.38% with a 25-year amortization and no lender fee or prepayment penalty.
