StackSource recently arranged financing for a 2 building, 16 unit apartment complex located in Enon, OH.  The property was recently rehabbed with plumbing repairs and interior upgrades to appliances, flooring and paint which allowed the investors to increase rents across all units.  The property was acquired by two out of market investors with a higher rate bridge loan and the refinance allowed the investors to replace the debt with a fixed rate perm loan.  StackSource Capital Advisor Chris Peters was able to secure a 5-year fixed rate mortgage at 3.29% from a regional bank lender that charged a flat $250 lender doc fee.
