StackSource arranged a $1,850,000 cash-out refinance of a DaVita single tenant net leased property in the greater Tulsa, OK area.  

StackSource Capital Advisor Robert Newstead arranged the recourse financing through a regional credit union with a mid-3% interest rate on behalf of the client. The rate remains fixed for five years and will be re-priced at the WSJ Prime rate plus 50 basis points fixed for the remainder of the 10-year term.
