A potential acquirer of the three businesses and the property came to StackSource to structure a capital solution that minimized cash deployed in the acquisition upfront, in order to maximize returns. We structured a senior SBA loan at 81% LTV which was subordinated by seller financing, reducing the cash burden on the sponsorship group, a local private equity partnership, to less than 6% of the capital stack.
