StackSource recently arranged financing for a piece of land that will in turn become a new 28-unit condominium development in Los Altos, California. The property is in the heart of Silicon Valley and will cater to the large demand for housing for technology workers at large firms in the area. The property will exude modern luxury with a larger rooftop, gym and installed solar panels along with EV chargers. Director Robert Newstead secured the deal with terms of a 70% LTC and full-term interest only for the local borrower.
