StackSource recently arranged a refinance for a 2-property, 21-unit apartment portfolio located in Denver, CO.  The sponsor is a local Denver based real estate investor that was seeking to refinance an existing loan that had adjusted to a floating interest rate. The sponsor was focused on securing a fixed rate with a 30-year amortization and no prepayment penalty.

Director Chris Peters arranged the refinance from a local credit union lender that provided a 5-year fixed rate at 6.25% with a 30-year amortization and no prepayment penalty.
